How I Work

Each session lasts 50 minutes, and together we decide how many sessions you’d like. Some people come for a few weeks to work through a specific issue; others prefer longer-term support. We can review this as we go along.
Your sessions are client-led, meaning you bring what feels important, and we explore it together in a safe, confidential space.

Sometimes, thoughts and feelings can feel jumbled or out of reach. Through gentle curiosity and empathic listening, we can begin to make sense of what’s happening inside.

As awareness grows, you may start to recognise patterns or beliefs that have been shaping your life. Understanding these can uncover new choices – helping you move towards a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Our First Meeting

Because I believe the relationship between therapist and client is at the heart of meaningful work, I offer a free 20-minute introductory call or meeting (by phone, Zoom or face-to-face).

This gives you the chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide if therapy feels right for you.
